Any brides going to Italy? If so, which travel agent have you used?
I am looking for a travel agent who specializes in Italy-I have spoken to one and he's missing in action and hasn't returned any of our calls.
Please help!! We're getting desperate!!

I don't think you are going to find many travel agents that specialize in Italy since there isn't a huge population of people looking for Italian travel advice. Check out some high end travel agents that have frequent European traveler clientele and stay away from places like Liberty and the like since their speciality is Disney and the Carribbean. Do some research on your own on the net and then use a travel agent you feel has the most knowledge about the area.

But i hope you do find a great agent.

My sentiments exactly about Liberty--we have used them in the past and were not too happy with the results.
We're not going to do a package or tour..do you think Heather would be able to help us with that?

She got us our honeymoon package to South Africa cheaper than the agent in South Africa, plus got us some stuff throw-in for free. She was very organized and worked very hard to research the places we had chosen to stay. It was not an easy, 1-2-3 reservation but she got it all done for us.

No harm in calling right? She is definitely a few steps above Liberty.

The good thing about her is that she is not trying to sell you anything. If she can't help, I think she will tell you so and perhaps recommend someone who can.

Thank you both again for your recommendations! Michele31-your honeymoon sounds amazing! I had no idea that Liberty would do such a specialized location but it's worth checking your agent out as well!

I don't know which Liberty Travel you have been to but my friend works at one in Bayside and she has helped all our friends and families book great trips to many different destinations, not just Disney. Their worth checking out for yourself.
