GOing to TWOTY..Tell me exactly what you are wearing...

I have no idea what to wear...Are you getting dressed up?

It's going to be cold.....so I'm wearing a soft purple sweater either with my short ivory skirt or my dressy black pants with black heels!

Kathleen, it is too cold for me to go in a skirt. CLM is by the water and I dont handle cold well. I am wearing a suit with slacks and a shirt that says this:
underneath.

Crashing - I hope you don't mind lol It's a wedding but it's not REALLY a wedding and its during the day so I figured I could wear nice pants and a dressy top or I may go with a skirt. I think some people will get really dressed up and some will be a tad more casual - I don't think you can go wrong. I'll prob wear a skirt depending on my mood in the morning. Is this a bad philosophy??? lol I want to play it safe.

Not sure. He played clarinet in the marching band in college, but his fife skills are a bit rusty.

Ron, the host and creator of this event has posted all over the boards that the dress code for this event is the same that you would wear to a real Saturday afternoon wedding. Think about it - the bride is wearing a real wedding dress, the bridesmaids are wearing real BM dresses, the guys wil all be wearing tuxes, the flowers will be real, the CPs will be real, there will be a real DJ and a real band and real food etc. Just because the bride and groom are already married doesn't mean that renewin their vows isn't just as important to them as saying them the first time was . . . the difference is they don't have to pay for it all.

people wore all different kinds of clothes to my saturday daytime wedding---pants, dresses, gowns, etc so all of these options are okay in my book. 2 of my aunts wore pantsuits as well.

i will probably wear a skirt and shirt with boots.

I'm wearing as speedo! A formal speedo!
