Find out where everything is-if you don't already know. Thermastat, hot water heater, oil burner and switch. I would also test everything-We did-hot water, dishwasher, dryer etc. Best of luck!!

I'll also add flush the toilets, run the water in the tubs, sinks, etc. Do a full cycle on the washing machine and dish washer. Bring a lamp with you and test every electrical outlet. If something is not working you could get a few hundred off the price at the closing table.
