going to weightwatchers

to weight in..a little nervous cause this is my first week on the new diet and i never hit my point value but i did use my weekly points. ah well see.

i LOVE WW! i heard they have a new point system so i guess the old books i have are worthless now? LOL

i need to get back on track b/c i had a fat burger today for lunch with fries....!!

good thing is that i didnt have anything for dinner and just had some coffee and rugulas for breakfast...

i really need to change my diet...tomm is a new day!!

I'm down 3.3 in the first week and am loving the new points system (even though I can't eat all my points!)

if you go now its free to join and 13 a week to weigh in and go to meetings

plus you would have to buy books and calculator

I'm doing it online because I like the app and don't have the patience to sit in on the meetings, even though I know it helps you lose more weight. I paid for the first 3 months (i think it was $54) and now I'm paying $17.95 a month. It's cheaper to go to the meetings and I think that you get the free etools when you join.
