DEFINITELY ASK ABOUT PACKING UP AND MAYBE SEE IF YOU CAN HAVE YOUR MATRE-D GIVE YOU A SAMPLER DISH OF ALL YOUR FAVORITE DESSERTS THAT NIGHT SO YOU DONT HAVE TO WALK AROUND AND GET THEM WITH YOUR GUESTS!!!!

I went earlier this afternoon...FH and I decided that we didnt want the regular salad that would be served and that we couldnt serve what we wanted out of fear that no one would eat it...so we had special instructions put it to say that we would get the salad we wanted instead of the guest salad...we are spoiled brats
ETA: so ask if there can be any special accomodations like that lol

If you are getting the cake there, ask them if the whole cake is real or if there is a false layer and they really serve from a sheetcake.

Make sure after you finalize the menu, you get a written copy. I did this and there was a mistake, so it was good that we caught it.
