today to look @ hotels and pick a hotel to block rooms at us! Ahhh!

Any suggestions on what to ask?

I would ask about attrition.
At the hotel i have my room block, they wanted me to be responsible for 80% of the rooms that werent booked but i told them no attrition.

also, iwould have them through in ur bridal suite free if your going to be booking rooms there

how about how long is that price good for? a few places only gave me until like a month before the wedding which was kinda silly-what happens if they wanted to make reservations a week or few days before
