Gold Shoes, FOund a pair (PICS)

I have an ivory dress and I really want gold flats for the reception...not obnoxious gold but light soft gold. If you have seen any please send me the link or where you saw them.

Also do you think it would look weird if I had the ballet slippers dyed a gold color or should I just keep my eye open for gold shoes?

Or should I just wear ivory ones?

Sorry so many questions

here they are, what do you think?

Re: Gold Shoes

i have the perrrfect pair in mind and they are exactly what you described, but i don't know where to find them! I had purchased the exact pair you're describing 2 years ago - they are pale, soft gold and completely flat. let me hunt around ebay and see if i can find them!

I found a picture but I can't find them for sale!!! The pic makes them look more metallicy than they really are - they're very muted in person. Here they are, and I'm stilling looking...

I think Ballet Flats are fine if that is what you are comfortable in.

And I think Gold would be very nice. I just some some online at Nordstrom -- they were BP for $50.

J.Crew has a line out of satin ballet mary janes. I don't know if they have gold but they definately have ivory.

They're not on Ebay

I would totally even sell you mine, but they're not in any sort of condition to be used at a wedding - I wore the hell out of them! I have often looked for them on ebay thinking of buying a 2nd pair because they are so comfy, and sometimes I have actually seen them go on sale up there. I will keep a look out for you!!!!

If you want to search for them yourself they are Coach and the model name is 'Tara.' You should be able to get them for around $50 at this point b/c it has been two years since Coach was selling them in stores.
