Golem destroyed his first toy this weekend!!

With heavy hearts, we bid a sad farewell to Baby (Booda squeak toy) this weekend! Golem and Baby were inseperable for the first two weeks, and many hours of drool, hugs and happy squeaks were had by both. But then, on Thursday night, Daddy noticed that Baby was not herself.... upon further investigation, it was discovered that Baby had suffered from a hairline split in her seams and the gig was up. Baby was admitted to Hefty Hospital that very night and was respectfully picked up on Friday morning, 7 am sharp. Golem took it like a champ, he's a real trooper! But time and toys wait for no puppy! After a solemn second of remberance on Baby's behalf, Golem was soon off to his newly adopted charge - CHILLY BONE!!! Baby came to us from Petco pre-Golem, and she was his first toy - she will be missed.

I think you wrote that quite well! Bailey had a stuffed animal....it was the little person form that was all that sheepskin fuzzy fabric...we called it Whitey. She ripped it apart and started chewing on the stuffing!

Hershey has had 'Platypusman' since the first time Tim & Bailey came to my apartment in December 1996!

I've had to perform several *surgeries* on him but he's still around!
