anyone know of a good place to have a bridal shower...my moh and bridesmaids keep telling me their ideas..but i dont want them to spend a lot of money..so does anyone know of a good place, that isnt expensive?

We had my friend's at Milk and Sugar Cafe- I think its in Bayshore. It is a cute place and I don't think it was that expensive.

Like I said on the other board... Bertuccis on Route 110 in Melville. We had my friends baby shower there for 16 pp.. SO much food and they kept replenishing .
Pizza/ Pasta/ salad/ Soda
Everyone loved it! And you have your own PRIVATE room which I think is very necessary!

We had my friend's at The Irish Coffee Pub... I think it was about $32/pp (including tax & gratuity). The food is good there and the rooms are really pretty. It is in either islip or east islip.

BK Sweeneys in Bethpage was great for my sis in laws shower, not to bad. Also, bertucchis is good

My mother threw mine at the Beachtree Cafe in East Islip, private room...food was great! Highly recommend it!

We had my sister's at the Beachtree Cafe in East Islip as well. I think it was around $18 per person plus tip and gratuity (so around $23pp) for a buffet lunch. They have an upstairs, private room which has a lot of light and is perfect for a bridal shower. I think they have a minimum guarantee of 35 people though.
