GOOD NEWS!

So two weeks ago, FH and I were all set to go into contract for a house only to find out there was a problem with 2 underground oil tanks. We couldn't take the house.

Well, we found another house (which I love even more than the first)! My boss just reviewed the engineer's report and the contracts, and I'm bringing the contracts home with me tonight, FH is signing them tonight and we're sending 'em back to the sellers' attorney on Monday!



I must be crazy to go into contract with only 3 months to go before the wedding, but I'm sooooooooo happy!

Sorry to hear about the delay in your closing. You're the second person this week I've heard of who's having the same issue. I hope things go smoothly for you.

I already told my boss (he's handling our closing) that I will not allow any delays
