Thanks ladies. It is kind of bitter sweet because we got both peices of news on the same day. FH's grandma is in a better place. We are preparing for the viewing/funeral in the next two days. Its pretty somber around our place right now.

I'm so sorry to hear about his grandmother's passing. Congratulations with the house. It's sad how often bad news accompanies good news.

So sorry to hear about FH's grandmother. My grandma is not doing so well - saw her on Sunday and she could hardly stay awake - so I kinda know what it's like at this time, as do so many girls here.

But congrats on the house! Big step!
