good news and bad news.... bad news first

i wasn't going to say anything, yet, because i was still digesting it all. some good news has come our way, so here goes....

bad news first:

our landlord wants us out ASAP. they're getting divorced and want to sell the house. i thought, 'i can't take more bad news!!!'

we did the math and thought about looking into buying our own home.

here comes the good news:

dh called the credit union to see what we might qualify for. the lady JUST called us back and said although we still have to fill out all the formal paperwork, we qualify for 100% financing

woo hoo!!!!!

house-hunting, here we come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm so happy that it is a buyer's market and i have my fingers, toes, and eyes crossed that nj governor passes on the property tax reduction

can you believe, i've already started packing yes, i have. yes, i'm crazy.
