Good News!! BM Dresses IN! Fittings DONE!!!

Soooo happy with the dresses, beautiful shade of a turq/light blue almost with a tint of green, sooo pretty!!!

And all the girls got their fittings sooo another thing OFF the LIST!!!

YAY!!!

That's great. How did you get them all to get their first fitting done. Iam having such an issue getting my BMs to get thier dresses altered. They all want more time to loose a few more pounds!!!

Well it's a bit of a story but my FSIL (brother's FI) is moving to India for a new job, so she HAD to get it done last week, because she was leaving on Saturday.

As for my sister (MOH) and other BM, my sister was worried because she is plus-size and RK Bridal told her they didn't think she would fit the largest size they could order the dress, so she wanted to see the dress right away, mind you my sister is a size 20 in real life and they ordered her a size 24 in the dress, and it fit just fine (but hello!! what's up with the sizing huh??) My other BM doesn't like to do ANYTHING ALONE!! lol it's something we kid her about all the time, so when she found out my sister was going she decided to meet us.

I thought it would be a major pain in the butt to get them all organized too but you HAVE to put your foot down and tell them, listen it has TO be done by April so and so or whatever date you feel is good enough for the cut off.

Also the other thing to consider is just how busy your alteration shop (outside or inside your bridal salon) is, because RK Bridal gave us a 1 week turn around for them, but I am sure the closer it gets to prime wedding season, it will take longer.
