Re: my double booking problem from yesterday. Ray from Timeless Treasures reworked his schedule, gave us a great discount, and we are now able to have him video our wedding! Yay! :) He was very apologetic and did everything he could to honor the contract. I'm so glad everything worked out. Thanks to everyone with their suggestions and advice!! And thank you Ray, if you see this!

Re: Good News from Timeless Treasures!
I went to their website and liked their work. I might be making an appointment with them. I'd love to hear feeback from others that have used them. Thanks in advance!!!

I can't say enough good things about them. They are a new company with a different look and feel from most long island wedding videos, and their prices are very low compared with any of the other video companies I looked at. My sister used them, and Ray shot her wedding and did a fantastic job on it. The edited version was beyond my sisters expectations. I am using TTV as well. I am glad that things worked out for you Ginny, I couldn't imagine a guy as professional and courteous as Ray not resolving the problem.

Re: Good News from Timeless Treasures!
I made an apt with Ray today for next week. I think it is great that he comes to the house. I am really interested to see his work.
