Good news, I finally booked

Hey ladies,

After almost a month of searching all over LI, Bklyn, and Westchester I finally booked our wedding. Glen Island in New Rochelle 6-14-08.

Im so relieved that is done! Now I dont know what to do next.

congrats It's such a great feeling once things start falling i to place. Decide on which vendors are important to you & your FH & start meeting w/ ones your considering...

Congratulations! Do you have someone to marry you yet (church, JP)? That would be my next step. After that... probably photographer (June is one of the most popular months for weddings, and you don't want to fall in love with one photographer's work only to find out he's booked that day) and maybe flowers?

But you don't have to listen to me, I haven't even signed the contract for my RH yet!

We went to my church and I think I am going to look at DJ after the holidays. But ur right June is very popular. Once I finally found the hall they only had 2 dates left in June 08

CONGRATS!!!! im getting married the day before u!!!.. and i booked the hall and then DJ also.. since june is so popular i wanted to get that next!!! good luck any ?s dont hesitate to ask!!!

thanks always nice to hear good things about the hall. Did they do vienese at the wedding u were at? I dont know if I should do Vienese or mini cordial

Jill, I thought you were gonna get married at Lands end, i thought you had also booked it already. Good choice with Glen Island. With the church you can do it after the holidays, when Joe and I went we were the first ones to put in for 2008 and I am guessing you're gonna go to the same church.
