Pomodoro in port washington is great....
La Parma is also very good (Mineola...I think)

We're having ours at the Seventh Street Cafe. We had my parents 40th anniversary party there and it was absolutely lovely!

Pomodorino in New Hyde Park
La Parma in Williston Park
All great Italian places!!

La Parma in Oceanside, Pomodorino in Seaford, I think its called Elliot's in Freeport (on the canal),

I have to recommend this place where my cousin just had her baby shower!
Sergio's in Massapequa. Besides Caraba's - this was, by far, the best Italian food I have ever had. I recommend the stuffed eggplant
