Good questions to ask when looking at venues

Hey ladies, Ive seen two venues and I always leave feeling like i didnt ask the right questions...

Are there any questions you realized were very important during this process? Please share, idk where to begin... Help!

I like to ask if my guest has to share the bathroom, how many bars and bartenders- i hate long lines, how many ppl can the room hold in case i go over my #, if they have coatcheck, valet, if linens are included, if they have in house anything - usually u could get that cheaper if they have a florist or bakery on site, is there a fee if u use outside vendors ,backup plan if the weather is bad .
Thats all i could think of now lol

I always loved asking what was included in the price besides the room and food. Linens? If so - what colors? Any decorations? Votive candles? Also, if a guest is vegetarian or GF - is there a meal option for them?

Most importantly - I liked to ask what time I was allowed to be there for pictures before my wedding. My FH and I are getting ALL of our family and bridal party pictures done before the ceremony so we can walk around cocktail hour saying our 'hello's' and then we can party our faces off during the reception!
