Good sites for engagement invite wording?

Good sites for engagement invite wording?

FH and I are having a party on July 2nd - informal, backyard BBQ type-thing.

I'm either going to make the invites myself (buy them at AC Moore) or order them through Vistaprint (thanks to Hollie, they're just a few dollars more than doing it myself!)---either way, I have to come up with a saying.

If you had a good one, please share! Or just list any sites that you know of...

Thanks so much ladies!!!

I'm having my engagement party on July 2nd too!

I wonder if there are any other July 2nd e-party people out there....

it's now the 3rd - FMIL 'forgot' about a prior commitment that apparently, is more worthy of my e-party.

aww...well whatever day you have the e-party, you will have a ton of fun. My family wanted to throw a BBQ in our backyard, but FH's family wanted to have it at a neutral place.

I didn't really care either way. I just want the families to meet

Re: Good sites for engagement invite wording?

I ended up finding exactly what I was looking for on verseit.com --- thanks!!!

They have 8 pages of engagement wordings...Holy Moly!

We chose this one: (it's on glossy cardstock, with a border of wedding accessories, including champage, an e-ring, cake, etc.)

We're bubbling with the news....

Nicole & Rich are ENGAGED!!!

Please join us for an engagement party
Sunday, July 3, 2005
at 3:00 in the afternoon
(Address)

Please RSVP....

-Then on the back, we have

'We're looking forward to seeing you!'

and the directions.

Overall, I'm VERY happy with how they turned out - I used VistaPrint.com, and I used a coupon code to save 25%.
