KOTOBUKI - is the beeeeeestttttttt sushi by far!
(I've been to the pricey Nobu in Manhattan and that sushi doesnt even compare!!)

I really like Kotobuki as well, just be prepared to wait awhile, especially at the Hauppaugue location! Tai Show in Oakdal is good too. One of my favorite places though, is on Montauk Highway in Bayport, just west of Nichols Road in the 7-11/Blockbuster shopping center; it's called Mizu.

I dont eat sushi but FH said there was good sushi at Golden Chopsticks, which is in Rocky Point right next too Fantasia Bridal. I love all of their Chinese and Thai dishes, its one of my favorite places to eat.

i don't have any suggestions.. but i'm the bride from bhb that was searching for sushi in nassau.. i hope u find soe good sushi too!!mine was yummy!
