Good things do work out...follow up from the lawyer post of 2 weeks ago

about a week or 2 weeks ago I posted that i need to ask a question and was hoping there was a lawyer on here who could help me.

I didnt want to go into details because I didnt want any feedback just wanted to know if there was any lawyers on here.

Everything worked out and I can now post what happened.

If anyone remembers I was having some issues with the bank and money getting deposited into my account that wasnt mine. I got a call that I had to return the money (after a full investigation showed it was mine, but someone goofed and it turned out it wasnt) anway i was suppose to send a check and I didnt. I just didnt have the funds.

I then got a phone call 2 weeks ago from a different person saying he was going to call the local authorities if i didnt return his call within 24 hours. I left him 5 messages and he finally called me back.

He was really understanding and worked out a payment schedule with me. I was able to send him 500 dollars and I have to send him 2 more payments of 500 dollars which will payoff what I owed.

Thanks everyone. i am really relieved he was nice and understanding about the situation and that it all worked out for me.

It was the company's mistake not the bank. The company goofed the paperwork. The bank did the investigation and it tracked to the company. The bank had nothing to do with it.

i am glad he was understanding. he just wants the money so i guess something is better then nothing
