I kinda wanted to get laid off so im not that upset but this is the screwed up part. My manager knew for a week that she was letting go me and another girl to be replaced by one PART TIME person. She told another coworker before even telling us. She was plain mean all week to me and having me do a millon things for her and i was more then willing to do it and help and she was plain mean to me saying things like ' if you did then tell me after u finished jeez!' and giving me attitude if the phone rang she didnt want to answer it and she gave me attitude if i told the client to hold on a sec and shed respond 'i dont want to talk to her dont u know that'. im like 'how am i suppose to read ur mind'. (i didnt actually say that out loud). she was just plain mean to me. then at 5 takes us in the back to tell us shes letting us go and she saved some boxes for us to clean out our desk. Im not even mad that i got laid off im mad cause of the attitude and the way i gave her everything in the world and she took all the credit for it and i get treated like dirt and in the end of the day im the one gone. just had to vent. im glad i got let go but im mad i didnt get my revenge somehow haha

yea exactly i really hated the job anyways. i wanted to get laid just didnt think i ever got the chance to work to my potential in this economy and location (worked in sales).

Thanks girls! Im happy Im gone because I spent so many nights crying and paranoid about things and now its over. It's bitter sweet I guess. This might be the push I need anyways to go out and really find what I am passionate about instead of just talking about it. I;ve been to hell in back with both my parents dying when i was 19, a few legal battles, and sickness and I know more than anything that everything happens for a reason and will be okay in the end. You girls are such a great support system to have!!

Im sorry. Thats crappy. But maybe it happened for a reason! When I got laid off last year I was so upset and now I know it was for the best!
