Got my Feet Wet!!

So FH, my mom and I went to a few venues today. I fell in love with Jericho Terrace.. was meh about Leonards, and hated the Inn at Great Neck & the Inn at New Hyde Park.. Now that we have an idea of prices and what we want, I'm excited to go see a few more places. We have our heart set on Jericho Terrace, but I'm being open minded and going to set up a few more appointments this weekend!

If you choose Jericho Terrace, you won't be disappointed. They did an excellent job at my wedding and the food is sooo good! My manager keeps raving about the food at cocktail hour. They take such good care of you there. Good luck picking your perfect venue.

It's such a small world. The guy Chad we met with has a Son, and my mom was his religion teacher.. so I hope we have 'an in' ;)

We are looking at Wind Watch Golf Club tomorrow.. JT was a little high, but I think my parents know I fell in love with it

Chad from Jericho is so nice. I didn't settle with what they quoted me so maybe they can lower the price. I did my research and went back to see what they can do and it worked. Let me know if you need help with anything.

INHP We didn't even get to SEE! The staff was so rude. She just said, we don't have avaliability for Friday Nights unless it's 4:30pm, and since you have such a small wedding (125 people) we would have to book a larger wedding in the better room.

They couldn't care less if I was there or not..

Leonards was just too outdated for me, I'm looking for more modern (like JT) and too franky fongoul

I'm going to give Chad at JT my quote from Leonards for a friday night to see if he can come down in the price.. it's a 3K difference, so maybe he will work something out
