Locked our mortgage today at 5.25% with no points- rates just dropped again so ask your mortgage guy to check again for you if you aren't locked!

Oh and if you are part of any frequent flyer programs check your program before applying for loan! You can actually get miles for buying, selling, moving or for your mortgage.

Wow! Congrats that is great, I locked in about 3 weeks agao at 5.625. Not too bad!!

That's great!! Is that for a 30 year? I did a 5 year Arm - it was less but more risky (makes me nervous!!)

I am glad I didn't lock in, hopefully they won't go up before we convert my construction loan into a permanent.
