I have a hard time buying clothes because for so long, I used to just buy what fit (I was almost 200 lbs and wearing a 16/18, so nothing felt good or looked right). I've lost 45 lbs and wear a 10/12 now and sometimes still have the mentality that if it fits, I should automatically buy it... but I still think I just look fat all the time! The women at the store really helped me out with this one, and I'm excited about it!

I call this 'fat girl syndrome' and it's not about being fat it's about the mindset and how hard it is to change it. I'm just under 5'9'' and I was 245 at my heaviest and I went down to 165 and I still have a hard time seeing myself the ri ght way.

I hear all you girls about the weight. . I used to be a lot heavier too and constantly think I am heavier than I am. . I try not to go by weight though only b/c I still weight quite a bit but I also have a lot of muscle. . I know for me working out and yoga helped (not for the weight per se) but to start making me feel STRONG and capable which made me feel better about myself too

and congrats to all of you on the hard work and dedication. .
