Ordered them off ebay from veilsbylana... I am so pissed off!!! Not happy with the veil at ALL! It is broken right down the middle of the comb and looks NOTHING like the picture... I was not really wanting to spend alot of money on something I am going to wear for an hour at the most.... Now I have NO choice... Anyone else get their veil from there and unhappy with it? And does anyone know where I can get a nice veil for not alot of money.. besides ebay.. I went to barrons and for a 2 tier veil, plain, they want $100... Im cheap and really dont want to spend 100 on something that isnt going to be worn a long time... TIA!

i bought the same veil twice from an ebay vendor and they were great, i only bought from them twice because i accidentally bought diamond white instead of white. the ebay seller name is delicate-spirits. hopefully you'll have a better experience with them.

u should be able to return it! take it up with ebay and if you paid paypal fight there too! i have gotten my money back from sellers before

paypal is very good with handling issues with ebay members. ive gotten refunded twice because of crappy sellers. im actually about to dispute a seller for a bride totebag i paid for on christmas and still havent recieved. i messaged her and she still hasnt messaged me back so im giving her until the weekend.
if your seller doesnt reply or gives you a hard time, save all the messages and make a dispute through paypal.

you can also dispute it through your cc.....ive done that before and they put a hold on the payment until things are cleared up.
My friend told me she got a veil at Michael's for $10. I have no idea what the quality was like or how it looked, but maybe check it out - it's only $10!

I highly suggest Heidi on Etsy. She recently opened and made my custom veil for $30. She's really responsive, and is willing to refund you the money if you don't like the veil even after you receive it! She made me one veil, posted pictures of it, and since it wasn't exactly what I wanted, she made another! The second one was perfect, and that's the one she sold me. I bought a 2-tier, ivory, center gathered veil with a pencil edge. It came out perfect!!
My tiara I bought from White Aisle for $35. It was so cheap, but when it came in it looked like it was worth way more than $35. It's heavy, and sparkles so much. When I went in for my hair trial, Kacey thought it was worth a few hundred dollars!

Check out this thread...its past brides posting stuff they are selling...
there is a shoe store in Sayville that sells all bridal accessories. they do veils there and are very reasonable. sorry but the name escapes me right now. I went there with a friend and it is on main st across from a bank.

I'd contact her and see if she would refund or exchange, especially if it was damaged when it arrived. You also have an option if you paid via paypal to dispute if the item was significantly different than it was described. Hope you get it resolved! Good luck!

You should definitely dispute it with both e-bay and paypal. Also you should list the vendor so other people will not go through what you went through. I wish I was up to veils so that I could help you but I am not there yet.
