I know my wedding date is far but I got my dress anyway and it came to my house today! I have pics up in my album of the dress when I tried it on at david's bridal in yonkers. And....if anyone is thinking about getting their dress at david's bridal, make sure that they aren't trying to sell you merchandise that is damaged or anything. The dress I tried on there seemed perfect and they were going to sell me the floor model because the dress is discontinued but when my mom pulled the lace tulle top piece away from the white dress, she noticed a large hole! They still tried to sell that damaged dress to me for the same price but when they realized that I was no fool, they called a different warehouse in pennsylvania and ordered a new one for me straight from the warehouse. Just be careful ladies...it's an ok place to get your dress but don't let them get over! Also, I wouldn't get my alterations there either. The dress is important and expensive so just go to a private seamstress or bridal boutique and get it done. DB has some horror stories about alterations.

I love lace! I knew I wanted lace and when I saw the dress I didn't need to try anything else on I knew this was the one! Thanks for the compliment!

It's never too early. I rather know I have my dress then waiting for it just months before the wedding.
I bought mine at DB so they said I can bring it back for fittings when it's closer to my date
Until then it will be safely stowed away in the garment bag. My dress should be here by the end of next month

Awesome! Yea I am glad that I got my dress early. I found it and I knew it was the one. Also it was discontinued so I didn't really have the option of waiting too long. I'm sooo excited!
