Got such bad food poisoning last night... UPDATED

I'm not saying WHERE (it's nowhere on LI), but OH MY GOD. I woke up at 4am and that was it. I'm still going through it. Except - not to get too gross - at this point I'm only going blood![]()

That's been like that for about 7 hours now. And I still have sharp pains. I'm waiting for my doctor to call me again to see if I should go to the E.R. or wait 'til tomorrow to go to the doc. My dad got a little sick last night, too, but not as bad as me. He has a stronger stomach - and he just had a couple of bites of what I had (penne a la vodka), but I got the major brunt of it. At one point, I had 4 blankets on me... I was FREEZING with chills, with a 95.2 temp. Ugh... the worst.
My FH saw me at my WORST last night (I'm sure I looked oh-so-attractive on the bowl), but he was at his best! Vomit control can't be fun, especially when I drop the bucket FILLED with vomit on the bathroom FLOOR! (a bathroom mat was a casualty). He was SO good and took care of me and cleaned everything up. He was soooo good!!![]()
(but I wish it all jsut never happend, obviously!) - especially because it capped off a day of looking for tuxes and ordering our wedding bands!

thanks everyone. I went to the ER. HATE the ER. They gave me an i.v. My poor FH had to wait in the waiting room all day. I wasn't having a blast either, but the doc confirmed it was food poisoning. They gave me medicine to stop the throwing up, but I still have pains and blood (yuk... had to give them a SAMPLE... NOT a urine one!! EW!).
He gave me antibiotic to kill whatever's in me, and I just got home and realized the damn drug store gave me the wrong person's prescription, so now we have to go back. Why can't anything go right?!!?!
I already called in sick for tomorrow. Not 'til these doubling over pains go away...
