My dress and veil are in!!! only took 12 months! I'm not sure if it has been in for a while and they just haven't called b/c I called and left a msg yesterday and it was only after that that BR called today to tell me that it was in. I know I still have a lot of time but I did think 1 year was a bit much. but anyways, yay, it's here!! can't wait to go try it on again!

Where did you get your dress from that it took 12 months! This scares me a little since I am 8 months away and still haven't picked a dress.

i went to bridal reflections carle place and ordered it last year, mid-may. They told me 8-12 months...and then when I called over xmas they said estimated for june (which is 13 months). I reallly dont think this is how long most dresses take, i just think that b/c at the time my wedding was 1 yr 7 months away, they prioritize orders. i'm sure those that order with 8 months to spare will be fine.

I've always loved your dress, think I told you that. I see your wearing a mantilla. IS that a tribute to your FH and his family? I am wearing 1 also. We are getting so close to our date I cant take it.
Are you here in NY? IF so you should try to make it to the g2g next week.

hey! thanks babe! actually i really like the mantillas...but yes i think fh's family will like it too. I cannot believe how fast time is flying!! are you done with everything? we still need to meet with an officiant. FH doesnt want the female pastor at my church since he is used to male ministers lol.
I'm actually not back in NY until june 15th so i'll just be missing the g2g. but i'll be living in NY from july on so yay more g2gs!!

I still have a few little details to work on. 1 major thing is i have to find an officiant in my religion. We are having an interfaith ceremony and i have been the one slacking on my end. How about you? Do you have much left to do?
