Got the marriage license today

After three attempts, I finally got the license today! I wanted to go 2 weeks ago but then the surgery was pushed up a day-the day we were going. I went last Wednesday and stupid me didn't think to bring the divorce papers (I was married before). I had to wait a week for FH to be off again-so we went today and got it! I agreed to use his name I didn't realize you would have to give an answer today. I have been going back and forth about it. FH left almost skipping out of there-he was all smiles. He really wanted it and I think it was worth it because of his reaction. I am just nervous to give up my maiden name. One more thing done!!!!
