Well my knee is pretty bad. I have something called congia malasia ( sp?) pretty much the bottom of my knee cap is soft and it is off track. in stead of being in the center of my knee its off to the side. I also have wear and tear on the cartilage from not taking care of it earlier. So we are gonna try therapy and if that doesnt work ill have to get kicroscopic surgery. I honestly dont think its gonna work because therapy didnt work last time :( i have the doc on tuesday I am out of work until then. That day we will work out the game plan. Just what i need right now with the wedding comming up! I need the $$ and i been out of work almost 2 weeks already but at least we will get this fixed one way or another.

OH so sorry I know what a PITA knee pain can be, i have two torn ligaments and it can get bad...Im just an idiot who hasn't gone for surgery

I'm sorry! i have chrondomalacia too. if you have any questions or anything please FM. a good knee brace can do wonders, and even a cheaper one from walmart can help a lot. javascript:FEmote(''); javascript:FEmote('');

me too.. ive had 4 knee surgeries; 3 arthroscopics and a quad muscle reconstruction... i feel your pain! good luck!!!!!
