this is a weird question... but does anyone know that scary gothic looking house in massapequa? It may be in seaford... i'm not sure? a friend from work wanted to know what street it was on- i saw it yearrrrrrrrrrs ago. I thought maybe one of you could help me out.

I am from Massapequa and know exactly which one you are talking about! Its in N. Massapequa and is on Daniel Road North! We grew up calling it 'The Haunted House' Very erie, but still fascinates me 23 years later!

Well of course there are the 'The Kidnap little kids and don't let them out stories!' The 'They sleep in coffins stories,' and then of course the 'they are witches stories' I do know that the whole thing is odd, there is a Hurst (sp?) in the driveway, wear all black all of the time, and have 12 dozen cats! On Halloween the police block the whole road off ,nobody is allowed on it because people come for all over and for years have tried and tried to get in to the house or at least up to the door to get some glimpse of whatever they have going on in there!

Okay... that website scares the crap out of me. Those pics of the old CI Psychiatric Hospital, which I can SEE from my bedroom WINDOW, FREAK ME OUT, man!!!
