I think it will lessen his sentence but he is still going to jail at some point!

I feel bad for his wife, during the press conference she looked so calm and stoic but to think she was just told a short while before he had to speak to the press.
I don't know if I'd be able to keep it together and not be a bawling mess.

yeah he has not resigned as of yet. i think he is using his resigniation as a plea bargin like someone said
i work for the state and gov spitzer is technically my boss. i work for ny state insurance fund and well people are joking around in my office about taking down his pic and replacing it already (we have the gov's pic up in our lobby)
it's soo sad though and he set such a horrible example for his daughters!!! what an @$$
