Gown Cleaning and Preservation

All you married ladies, where did you go?

My gown has lots of scuff marks on the bottom because of the rain soaked floors... It looks so sad hanging in our room right now.

I just dropped mine off this weekend to The White Gown in Brooklyn where I bought my gown and they are handling all this for me. They charge 350 for Gown Cleaning and Preservation in a pretty box. HTH!!

How dirty was your dress? I'm scared I'm gonna spend all this money to clean it and it won't get cleaned.

The bottom of my dress was all dirty from the bustle breaking and it being dragged all night long. I am sure that any place will take a look and confirm they can clean it before they take it.

I took mine to the dry cleaners by my house cause I was too lazy to go elsewhere...lol. $200 for cleaning and boxing. My dress got dirty when my videographer wanted to record it on the beach and the waves took over....

i paid less than $200 through David's Bridal - but that was with me including my cathedral veil, elblow length veil, and garter to be preserved! did such an amazing job!

i got a coupon from RK bridal for i think 25% off preservation but I want to take TTD pictures before i preserve my gown :)

I called Kleinfeld and their preservation was $750!!!! No freaking way!

I ended up going to a dry cleaner near my parents' house in Hewlett. I paid $250 - I negotiated with them!

i dropped mine off at my daughter's wedding. both my dresses and veil. it was a little less than $400. i haven't gotten it yet so we'll see what it looks like when i get it
