I posted this on another board but i'll try this one too since i didn't get any responses yet. Has anyone heard anything terrible about Princess Bridal in Farmingdale? I found some nice dresses there but someone told me they heard horror stories about the place. Don't wanna make a mistake so any information would be great.

I called there and asked if they had a specific dress. the guy on the phone said yes they did. When i got there they didnt have it or any dresses by that line, he just kept trying to get me to buy another dress..so that annoyed me!

I have heard so many horror stories about small bridal shops. I would personally go somewhere with a big name like Macys or Davids Bridal. There was even a bridal shop that closed overnight and left a ton of brides stranded.
