Gownfind??

I'm getting ready to order my dress soon and was wondering if anyone has ordered or know anyone who has ordered a dress from Gown Find. Was just wondering how the service was. Thanks

Oh good I'm so glad she gave me such a good price on the dress that I want. I just never heard of anyone getting there dress there before so I was a little nervous.

I saw her today. She gave me an amazing price on a dress (cheaper than RK by a couple hundred bucks) & shoes too -- cheaper than any other place I checked.

My BM ordered dresses from her, plus I ordered a dress for an event that I am attending. She has great prices and she also has shoes and accessories. I heard that she does a great job on alterations. I have a fitting w/ her next week. The girls on here are always happy with her.

Phyllis is located in East Northport - near exit 51 off the LIE. The salon is attached to her home - hence the low prices (no rent).

oh DUH! I Googled 'gown find' nothing came up so I assume they didn't have a website

I ordered my dress there and saved SOOO much money...over 50%!

I am waiting for it now. Phyliss is great, my mother and MOH are gonna order from her too!!

What is the process? You find a dress, give her the info and then she finds it?

You can do that, but she does also have samples just like any other bridal salon. We opted to find the dresses elsewhere then give her the style number.

You find one you like, try to beg the lady at the expensive salon for style # and call Phyllis and she will be able to order it for you! SOme designers she cannot get!

I ordered my dress from her in March (it isn't in yet). She answered all my questions promptly and made the whole process really easy. I'm also going to have her do my alterations.

I ordered my wedding dress from her last month and she has been fantastic! I am going to order my bm dresses from her as well.

And she will do all of the alterations and they are capped at $150.

I ordered my dress and shoes and also all my girls dresses and shoes. We saved so much money!

I ordered my dress from her in Nov or Dec and by mid March it was in. My BMs ordered their dresses in Feb and they are all in already. A lot of stores seem to hold the order and then your dresses come in closer to your wedding date.

I am glad everything is in so then I can be relaxed and have one less thing to worry about.
