I haven't had any problems with her. She sat with me and my mom to look at dresses for about 3 hours and then the night that I ordered it, she was with me another 2 hours or so making the final decision. Every time I need to speak with her, she calls back or emails.

Like anything else you can't wait till the last minute.

I am most likely seeing her this week for my first fitting.
