Grad Party Location

The Big H graduates with his Masters this Spring, and I want to throw him a surprise graduation party. The guest list looks like 50-60 people, so I need somewhere affordable...I would consider a KOC hall or something. My ideal is to throw a 'casual cocktail party' at the back of a bar. Somewhere on the South Shore in Suffolk is preferred.

Any suggestions?

What about the Brickhouse Brewery in Patchogue? We love it there and have had a few parties there!!
