Grammar help!

Help! I'm writing to a prospective client and can't get this sentence right.

I'm trying to tell them that I am including my contact information as well as my manager's contact information-should they need to contact us.

Attached, please find my as well as my manager's contact information?

Attached, please find mine as well as my manager's contact information??

Should I just attach the contact info and not mention it??

Yeah, it's THAT kind of day...

Re: Grammar help!

You could say...

I have attached my contact information, as well as my manager's.

Re: Grammar help!

How about

'If necessary, contact information is attached'

Is this going out on letterhead? Then you can just say, please contact at the above number.

Re: Grammar help!

'I have attached the contact information of myself and my manager'.

or

'I have attached contact information for myself and my manager'

You shouldn't end a sentence with a possessive, i.e ' 's '.

'For my contact information or my manager's, please refer to attached document.'

Same rule applies with comma usage.... no possessives allowed!

Geez, I am so anal about grammar! Please forgive me! If only my mom encouraged me to play video games instead of reading so many BOOKS.... sigh....

Re: Grammar help!

Luna...I hear where you are coming from...I cringe when DH ends his sentence with 'at'

and when people use 'I' instead of 'me' in the predicate...I want to yell that it is OK to use the word 'me!'

Re: Grammar help!
