I agree, I don't like Avril...she doesn't realize what she has.
Aretha..OMG!!!
Bee Gees tribute I liked!
I DID NOT like Ashanti's song. She has a great voice but I don't think it sounded nice.
No Doubt did a great job.

Re: Grammys
I didn't see the whole thing, but heres my opinion of what i saw--- Aretha--- Glinda the good witch. And your 'ponytail' is blond when we can see your real color hair.... SOOOO BAD LOOKING!!!!
Avril- spoiled little brat. If you're not enjoying your 'fame' then QUIT! Always looks so mad. Get over yourself.
I'm so glad Norah Jones won over Eminem. Go away already!! He doesn't even know the words to his songs. I don't see many other rappers reading it off monitors. I understand its hard to remember thousands of words, but at least TRY to learn SOME of the song.
Sorry, don't like Bruce Springsteen.

Re: Grammys
I did not see a lot of the awards but of the parts that I saw..... Faith Hill looked like she might be ill. I think she is beautiful, but something was not right. She also sounded like a$$. It sounded like she was screaming that song. And I usually like her. Norah Jones is great. I really enjoy her music. Vanessa Carlton writes some good songs but(IMO) did not sound good live. John Mayer was okay. I think his music( and voice) sound a lot like Dave Matthews, but not quite as good. James Taylor is awsome. I love his music!!! He is a great songwriter and has an amazing voice. I thought that he showed that you can survive in the music industry without being super glamorous and over produced.
Sorry for the vent.

Re: Grammys
He did win award!!! He thanked all the rap/hip-hop greats. Run-DMC, LL Cool J ect........
Also I thought that the Kid Rock/Sheryl Crow song was bad. I love their song 'Picture' I don't know why they didn't sing that.

Re: Grammys
What a boring show. I want to buy this girl's cd now to see what all the hype is about.
Norah Jones wins Album and Record Of The Year, Best Female Pop Vocal Performance, and Best Pop Vocal Album. She was also named Best New Artist. Jesse Harris, who penned 'Don't Know Why,' won Song Of The Year.
