How do you go about getting a permit to take pictures in Grand Central Station??

I posted on '07... this is what I found for you:

'You need to get a photo permit first but its free and very easy. I have quite a few Grand Central Station wedding photos on my harddrive if you are intested in seeing why its so great! To get a permit: Call Ken Martin 212-672-1220 You need to fax him a letter asking for a permit including your names, date, purpose, time and photographer.'

Might be out of date, but it could be a good start.
