Anyone know of a good place to go for very tiny dresses? My grandma is 4'11' and 86lbs! We thought flower girl dress, but that just won't work. Any suggestions?

Try Talbots - they have classy dresses and come in petite sizes.

She's approx 4' 9' maybe 4 10

I second Petite Sophisticate. and I was going to say any place that has a dedicated collection of petite sizes should be fine.
