Does anyone have any recommendations for places to look for a grandmother of the bride dress? I have to take my 84 year old MIL to look for a dress and she really doesn't want to spend too much for a tea length dress. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Re: grandmother of bride dress
My mom ordered a few dresses for my Grandma from Coldwater Creek...they have some nice jacket dresses and things....only a few are formal enough, but there are some!
I know she has taken grandma shopping at Estelle's before for my Uncle's wedding, but that was a while ago!
Also JC Penney, maybe?

Re: grandmother of bride dress
My grandmother found her dress at Macy's right off the rack. The skirt was on sale, the top was full price and we used a coupon. The last time I was there, they had some really nice dresses that would be very GOB appropriate.

Estelles on Route 110. A few of the older ladies at my wedding found dresses there.

Re: grandmother of bride dress
We literally just got my grandmother's dress today at David's Bridal. She looks so cute in it LOL! FH's mom ordered his grandma's dress out of a catalogue and it is very pretty, too. I will ask her what catalogue she got it from.
