what is the standard gratuity for the reception hall? I thought it was 18%?? I am going today to possible sign, but it looks like they charged me 20%. Is this normal?

For the service fee, 18% is pretty standard but 20% isn't unheard of. What place is this?

When we were looking at RH (7 venues) every place was a 20% service charge...
