So many times we come on the board and talk about bad service. I wanted to share a good customer service experience. BBB the consultant literally walks hours with me scanning, she has called and emailed asking how FH is and If I need anything just come in and when I went in yesterday after so many months. She walked up to me gave me a hug and kiss and best of all not only did she remember my name but she pronounced it right (a rarity these days).

BBB has been great with us as well. I'm really glad you had a great experience as well. And to ask about your fh, was more than nice! Some people just really do go out of there way, to make one happy. It's awsome.

She is located in the city on 6th avenue and 18th street. She is the only one with a deep accent. Denmark/Swedish. Her name is Janet is I am correct. My Planner is going to write a letter to corporate on behalf of FH and I. To be honest all of the consultants are really nice and go out of their way to help.
