Great experience registering...

Forgot to post - on Monday my mom and I went to Fortunoff to finish off teh registry FH and I started. It was an ok experience.

We decided to stop off at Bed, Batha nd Beyond - they were soooo helpful! Stayed with us and helped me decide on china, crystal, platters, bedding, etc. Densie was so helpful and when I got home yesterday they had already sent me labels for the registry cards. I definitely did not have this experience with Fortunoff.
If you still need to register, I suggest checking out BBB.

I registered there too..love it! They were so nice and helpful, and there is soooo much stuff to pick from ...we had fun. They gave us registry cards too, what are the labels that you are talking about though?

same experience here. Fortunoff's was friendly..but you kinda got the feeling that they have a million couples coming in an they don't really need your business.
BB&B on the other hand treated us like we were their most important customers. We told them we registered at Fortunoff and within seconds she had our registry from there printed out so we could compare prices and see what we needed. (When I got home I took half of the stuff off Fortunoff and put it on BB&B b/c it was cheaper.)

BB&B also tracked what we were registering for ,while we were doing it ,and came and found us and let us know mistakes we made in amounts of things we were ordering and gave us suggestions. Great experience!

BBB is great! They also have an excellent return policy!
I also registered at Fortunoff but BBB was a big hit according to FH (he's been peeking at the registry

yeah me too!
plus they told me you can use those 20% of coupons (my mom gets like 1 a week) so everything is even cheaper

I always rave about BBB!! They are awesome. I am big on customer service and regardless if you are a bride registering or just a customer, they are always helpful and smiling!!

We're registered at BBandB and we had a great experience too!! The only problem we had was the store in Plainview is a little small, the one on Route 110 by the movie theatre is enormous and has soo much more stuff!!

Glad you had such a great experience with them. They were our favorite too -- we;ve had a great experience with them the whole time

i never even thought about registering there because the one by me in Brooklyn is small (they dont have china or anything) so i just assumed they were all like that.
i went to the one in westbury by teh source mall
