Great invites!!!

Hey girls!! Jean M. FINALLY has her invitations on her website and they (IMO) are really fabulous and even FH agrees--here's the link: Jean M.

Some of the single layer ones are not that expensive? I already bought the outside pocketfolds..now I think I'm going to buy a single layer card...they had some for like $95 for 100? I have to call and get measurements and stuff....and they dont list any reception cards, RSVP etc?

This is a stupid question I'm sure, but what is an outside pocketfold? Is that for a layered invitation or am I thinking about something else? I don't quite have the invite lingo down

They have other nice things besides invites. They have a wish vase that I would like to get.

I really like all the stuff on the main page of the site, but FH won't let me do a pink & black theme. He thinks black is 'weird' for a wedding--he's so conservative sometimes

I bought these outside things that are like envelopes( yet you actually place them INSIDE another envelope) Anyway, they have a 'pocket' to hold the RSVP, direction etc...Here's a pic to describe what I mean...But I dont have the inside invitation yet because I bought mine in a cranberry color and I cant decide on what color combinations to do the actual invite.

I think I like the JeanM white ones with Merlot ink. It may match.

This pic is just an example I stole from somewhere..

That black and pink mix is soooo nice. I think its classy...masculine and feminine mixed! I would have LOVED to do that!

Donna--that's what I thought you were saying but I got confused because I didn't see any pocketfolds on JeanM's site I really like that look--it's so interesting and really useful too with the pockets.

Ohh..I ordered them from another site...but I want the inside invite to look formal, different and yet colorful..umm...can you say neurotic?

Here's what I'd love to do (with the unlimited budget that I don't have )--I'd really like to get the Jean M invites with the side ribbon as STDs (too bad she doesn't make them for that purpose) and the long ones with the ribbon on bottom as my invitations. I'm all about coordination!

I LOVE THOSE INVITES...the black and pink is great together.

I think I'm going to order White single layer ones, with merlot ink..I love the styles and fonts used.

Do you know if the stuff like RSVP cards are sold as well?

I don't know about the RSVP cards, but I'd hope they sell them! I might give them a call to find out more info like measurements and stuff, so I'll ask about it.

I might get really ambitious today and make a trip to Staples to see if I can make a STD like the one on Jean's site.
