Total amount of rooms the hotel has: 85 rooms
this is for 10/3/09 which is high season
Discounted Rates: Regular room $205 plus tax which comes out to 229
Junior suite 259 plus tax
Master suite with LR, BR, Bath 289 plus tax
Valet parking: 12 dollars a night
If I want to guarantee the blocked off rooms at that rate I need to sign a contract that says I will be responsible for 75% of the total number of reserved rooms.
If I need to cancel entirely or change our guaranteed # the cushion date is 2 months prior to actual date.
If I need to change the amount of rooms I have up to 1 month prior to the date.
If I want to extend the bar hours past 11pm it would cost me $500 ($200 would be the tip to the bartender 300 would go to credit behind bar then turns into cash bar)
