Great News!!!

Great News!!!

So fh and I are moving in together! (was anyone else nervous when they moved in with their fh???) So today we ordered appliances, a couch, and bought a whole bunch of stuff. Now we need to pick out paint...Its going to be so much work- but in the end im sure it will be worth it

ooooooo starting all fresh with new stuff is awesome!!! its soo great having ur best friend living with u!!

mine bought a place 4 months after we were dating..and i would slepe over but i wouldnt have clothes at his place..so everytime we woud wanna go out..id have to go back home shower and change..and it became a hassle..so he told me to keep a few outfits at his place......

a few outfits slowly turned into him giving me the entire bedroom closet and half of the bed..im a permanent fixture now....its been about 2.5 yrs

we have our moments..we fight ,slam doors curse scream ,i even punched him a few times (but that hurt my hand.not him..so ladies-dont bother)
u will fight..no1 is perfect..and there are times when u will just want your space..but waking up next to ur best friend is something i just cant explain... you'll see

We are renting an apartment upstairs from his mothers house. We are going to wait to buy a house till after the wedding...Yea picking out things have been fun...

oo thats cool... we hav a private house its his uncles we rent it .. his uncles office is downstairs ....just make sure you set the privacy rules ... u kno ... not saying his family might be nosy but sometimes living too close to family may not be to good !!

I agree, don't want the future inlaws walking in on anything! Haha! Or telling you how to do things.

Nope everything is completely separate...and we are always at his house with his mother now and half the time i wouldnt even know she is there.

i wasnt nervous at all when we moved in together. we were dating for 5 months and we were so inseperable that it just felt so right to find a place together.

and yea you will have your tough times when you get into fights and you no longer have that space you need to cool down cuz he is right there, but you work through it.
i wouldnt have gotten engaged until we lived together. with the divorce rate these days i felt it was necessary to make sure we could live together and tolerate echother first.
you're gonna have so much fun living together

BTW Congrats!

Its so exciting and nerve racking. You will be fine. You'll see how fast you get used to it and then its like you cant imagine ever living apart. Execpt when FH gets on your nerves which def. happens more when you live together but it becomes normal and you usually end up laughing over it 5 min later. Good Luck

Thanks so much for your support girls!! It definatly help- I am getting really excited- but I am really not all that excited about painting and cleaning... ...but I cant wait to move in!
