After a really hard week, we got a great letter in the mail. We have our commitment letter from our broker for the house we bid on. WE CLOSE AT THE END OF THIS MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm excited, nervous, happy, sad, everything all at once.
Looks like we'll have the house in early May.
P.S For all new homeonwers, after you went to contract and received the commitment letter from the bank, what happens and how soon after closing did you move in???? THANKS!!!!!!!

we put in a bid on 02/12 and it was accepted on 02/14 we then closed on 03/30/2003. The inspection and the appraisal happened in there and we were VERY nervousabout that!
