Great Work-Out
Ladies, I have been taking classes in central park everyday @ 5:45 to get in shape for the wedding and it awesome. I have been taking them from the most part of June and I completely notice a difference. Everyday is a new work-out that they post on facebook, NFL training camp, super body conditioning and boxing, etc.
